do not know where you drive nor what version of the Uber Driver app you have but in the Washington DC area in the Uber Driver App has no switch for turning on or off the voice. In the traffic of Washington DC a Driver needs that voice so he or she can concentrate on where they are going without missing a turn.

I just signed up for a subscription a week or so ago, but now I'm locked out of their website... it says wrong user or password. So when I went to their reset password link, it sends me an email that just takes me to their home page! It does NOT let me into their website, I'm completely locked out. my subscription is still recurring, and there is seemingly no way to cancel it! I'm very frustrated with them and their website needs to be shut down by the authorities.
